Adesimbo Ukiri
MD/CEOAs CEO, she oversees all aspects of the company’s operations and, under her guidance and vision, Avon HMO has become one of Nigeria’s leading healthcare maintenance organisations. A trained lawyer, Adesimbo holds an LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a Sloan Fellow of London Business School, where she obtained an MSc in Management. Adesimbo has over 20 years of professional experience within a number of sectors including financial services, FMCG, telecommunications and healthcare.
Uche Ekwensi
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICERUche Ekwensi is responsible for the administration and management of Avon HMO’s financial activities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Lagos. Uche is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, a Full Member of the Nigeria Institute of International Affairs and an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.
Tonye Stephen Ukpong
GROUP HEAD, SALES & BUSINESS DEVLEOPMENTTonye Stephen Ukpong is Avon HMO’s Group Head of Sales and Business Development. She is responsible for developing and implementing sales growth strategies, seeking out opportunities and building connections, all geared towards expanding the sales team’s reach across the country. Tonye holds a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics. She is also a certified Systems Auditor, an associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a fellow of the Institute of Economics.
Osa Imasogie
GROUP HEAD OF OPERATIONSOsa Imasogie is the Group Head of Operations at Avon HMO, where he oversees the Claims, Enrolment/eligibility and Contact Centre functions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and an MBA in Leadership and Management from York St. John University in the UK. He has attended several Professional and Executive courses including Management Analytics, an Executive education course in MIT Sloan School of Management.
Faith Nelson-Ojeaga
GROUP HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINFaith Nelson-Ojeaga is the Group Head, Human Resources and Administration for Avon Healthcare Limited. A Human Resources expert with more than 25 years’ experience across various sectors, Faith started her career as a consultant working with leading firms such as Accenture, where she was involved in several HR transformation projects across various sectors.
Atinuke Kolade
GROUP HEAD, RETENTION & GROWTHAtinuke Kolade formally joined Avon HMO as a full member of staff in May 2019 as General Counsel, Company Secretary and Regulatory Compliance Officer. She is currently the Head of Retention and Growth. Atinuke holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ibadan and has over 15 years work experience.
Bolatito Babafemi
HEAD, AUDIT, RISK & CONTROLBolatito Babafemi is the Head of Internal Audit, Risk & Control. She is responsible for enterprise risk management, promoting a strong internal control environment & providing assurance across the business processes in Avon. She is a highly skilled Governance, Assurance & Enterprise Risk Management Professional with over 15 years of work experience across the Big 4 Consulting Firm (Deloitte), Financial Services (Insurance, Investment & Pensions), Manufacturing, HMO, and Security Management.
Dr. Adeyinka Adeyemi
GROUP HEAD, MEDICAL SERVICESDr. Adeyinka is the Group Head, Medical Services at Avon HMO. He is an astute medical practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in multidisciplinary settings both home and abroad. Over the course of his career, he has distinguished himself in strengthening Health Systems and specializing in the deployment of quality health care delivery.
