Atinuke Kolade

Atinuke Kolade formally joined Avon HMO as a full member of staff in May 2019 as General Counsel, Company Secretary and Regulatory Compliance Officer. She is currently the Head of Retention and Growth.

Prior to this Atinuke had been at Heirs Holdings in 2015 as the Subsidiary Governance legal resource driving corporate governance through integration, supervision and direction for the 13 companies within the Group. She also served as company secretary in Avon Medical Practice Limited, Tenoil Petroleum and Energy Services Limited, the Tony Elumelu Foundation and Heirs Insurance Brokers.

Atinuke holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ibadan and has over 15 years work experience. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 and started her career with one of Nigeria’s leading law firms, ACAS-LAW where she rose through the ranks to lead a 7-man team comprising associates and senior counsels providing company secretarial support to companies across key sectors including oil and gas, aviation, shipping and maritime.
