She is the Chairperson of Avon Healthcare Limited, Nigeria’s leading health insurance provider, and Avon Medical Practice, a growing network of full-service clinics and medical centres, driven by her commitment to improving access to quality healthcare in Nigeria, Africa’s most populous nation.
Osa Imasogie
MD/CEOOsa Imasogie is the Chief Executive Officer of Avon HMO, bringing over 17 years of leadership experience in healthcare and financial services. With a proven track record in operations, compliance, and project management. Osa is committed to driving innovation and excellence in the healthcare sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma; an MBA in Leadership and Management from York St. John University, UK; and has completed several executive programs, including High Performance Leadership at Chicago Booth, the Advanced Management Program at Lagos Business School, and Management Analytics at MIT Sloan School of Management.
Chidi Okpala
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORChidi is the Group Executive Director for Payments, Strategy & Integration at Heirs Holdings, one of Africa’s largest and most diversified conglomerates. Additionally, he oversees the 4 portfolio companies in the Technology and Healthcare industries and sits on the boards of UBA in Kenya, DRC and Liberia, Africa Prudential Plc and Avon Medical Practice. Prior to joining Heirs Holdings, he was the CEO of Asante Financial Services Group, a digital financial services provider for growing businesses in Africa with operations in Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda. He earlier was the Group MD Fintech and Digital at Atlas Mara Inc., where he led the Digital Financial Services business group. Before Atlas Mara, he was Founder/CEO for Airtel Money Africa where he built the Mobile Money business in 17 countries to become one of the largest providers of Retail Financial Services in Africa; today, Airtel Money is one of the few fintech unicorns in Africa. Earlier, he was the Group Executive in charge of Retail Banking for United Bank for Africa Plc overseeing Personal and Business Banking across 19 markets in Africa, and a Senior Consultant in Financial Services Strategy Consulting with Accenture. Chidi is a Digital Economy enthusiast and committed to an African future with inclusive growth and shared prosperity. An avid badminton player. He holds an MBA from the University of Nigeria and a Sloan MSc from the London Business School as a Chevening Scholar.
Udochi Nwaodu
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORUdochi Nwaodu is the Executive Chairman, Beach Gate Group. He was most recently, Chief of Staff at Heirs Holdings. He is a First-Class graduate in Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. His career in the banking industry spans over two decades. His prior positions include Branch Manager at Diamond Bank; Deputy General Manager at Continental Trust Bank; and General Manager in United Bank for Africa.
Dan Okeke
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORDan Okeke is responsible for business development and coordination across the Heirs Holdings Group’s investment portfolio. He also serves as the Chairman of Heirs Life Assurance Limited.
Niyi Onifade
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORNiyi Onifade became the pioneer MD/CEO of Heirs Life Assurance in September 2015, a subsidiary of the Heirs Holdings Group, with the responsibility of overseeing the Executive Office, implementing the company’s strategy and driving overall efficiency. Prior to joining the Heirs Holding Group, Mr Niyi Onifade served as MD/CEO of Wapic Life Assurance Limited, where he oversaw the execution of the organisation’s strategy.
